Our policy lasts 14 days from the date that you receive your order. If 14 days have gone by since your received date, unfortunately you cannot receive an exchange or store credit. All exchanges must include your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Wrong or Insufficient Shipping Address

During checkout, the shipping address you input is automatically used to create the shipping label. Please be careful when inputting your shipping address. The email confirmation you receive after placing your order will show the shipping address you provided. At that moment you have the opportunity to reply with any changes that might need to be made.

If you input the wrong shipping address, and the item was received at the wrong shipping address, we can no longer help you. If the recipient of the package contacts us, we will try to get you the order delivered to the correct address. You will be charged the same shipping costs again to get your item properly shipped to you.

If the item is shipped with an insufficient address, you will be charged the same shipping costs again to get your item properly shipped to you. Insufficient Address includes missing Apt #, Suite #, Building Name, etc. 

Please verify shipping address during check out and in your email confirmation.

 

Lost Mail

The shipping provider and tracking information is sent to you via email. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered or is missing, and you have not received it, you will need to "File a Claim" or "Find Missing Mail" with USPS. Links provided below:

Martha of Miami does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as "Delivered" by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. Any issues with missing or lost mail is with the facility directly and no longer with Martha of Miami.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Once we have received your package, we will inspect it to determine if the product is in its original condition and if a return is possible. You will be given a refund in the form of Store Credit which you will receive as a gift card via email. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds back to your initial method of payment. You will not receive a refund to your credit card. You will not receive cash back.

Please note: All items must be in their original condition. Unaltered, unworn, unwashed, and in good condition. Items that do not meet these criteria will be deemed non-returnable and will be denied.

Exchanges & Store Credit (if applicable)

Customer does not need to pay for the return shipping costs if we shipped the wrong size, style, or damaged items. Please find below the "Damaged Merchandise section".

If a products needs to be exchanged for a different size or color, please send us an email to returns@marthaofmiami.com with your order number so we know to expect your product. You will need to send your product back to:

Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs if they wish to exchange an item. The product needs to be returned in its original, unaltered, and undamaged state with all original accessories/tags, within 14 days from the date received.

Once we have received your package, we will inspect it to determine if the product is in its original condition and if an exchange is possible, depending on its availability. If not available at the moment, your shirt can take up to two weeks to be printed in the new shirt size/color requested. We will notify you by email whether you have been approved and the exchange status. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Your exchange or store credit will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email to the email address listed in your account when your exchange or store credit has been approved.

    Sale and Discount Items

    Only regular priced items may be exchanged or returned for store credit, unfortunately sale or final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.


    Damaged or Wrong Merchandise

    Accidents happen! If your merchandise arrived damaged or wrong product, please send an email to returns@marthaofmiami.com with all of the three requirements:

    1. A photograph of the packaging box/envelope
    2. A photograph of the damage product(s)
    3. The order number
      You have 14 days from the date you received your products to make any claims. You will have the option of making an exchange or receiving store credit for your damaged product. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.


      In the case of damaged merchandise, the cost of the return shipping will be our responsibility. When we receive your damaged item, we will inspect the item within 7 days of having received the product and will determine if an exchange can be made or if a store credit will be issued.

       

      Pre-Order Items

      Items with "Pre-order" means that the item needs to be made specifically for your order. When you place your order, you are agreeing to wait up to 14-21 business days for the printing process to be completed. This information is found in the details and description section of each product's page.
