A few things you might be wondering
We offer a 14 days policy from the date that the item shows "Delivered" or from the date of your In-Store Receipt.
We do not refund shipping costs for packages that are returned due to ISA "Insufficient Address" or wrong addresses.

Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days. This does not include the 14-21 business days that some "Made To Order" items require. Please read product descriptions carefully.
If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks of showing "Delivered" in tracking, please contact the mail courrier service for more details. We also recommend checking with neighbors or with the local post office.
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for lost packages that say "Delivered".
We do not keep Credit Card information. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
If the products arrive damaged, or with visible defects, please take photos of the product, and the packaging it arrived in, and send them our way immediately.
